Welcome to the Texas Instruments software TI InterActive!

The presenter is Tom Hibbs, thibbs@comath.com.  I give presentations and workshops on teaching math with technology as a consultant and am available most of the time.  My last full time position with senior consultant with the Colorado Department of Education in the Education Technology.  The primary experience in teaching math with technology was 10 years at Cheraw School with 5 major federal grants for middle and high school levels.  My position was primarily math teacher for the district, but I’ve also functioned as technology coordinator, doing a full year with Lamar School District.  Achievements include 1995 Presidential Award in Secondary Math, Colorado Regional Coordinator for the US Dept of Education MathStar grant, originating the COMATH mailing list in 1993, and Region V Director for CCTM.  As a consultant I write grants, evaluate projects, and train in math technology (especially TI Graphing Calculators and KeyPress software).
